I had the great pleasure to work for the amazing 826 Valencia creating illustrations for their latest Quarterly 22, which features wacky and wise writing by young authors. Thank you Maria and Amy for this beautiful project!

Here is a personal painting that I finished recently, which celebrates nature and family 🙂 I have been playing with pigments and acrylics again after the pieces from Animaginary Landscapes and I love it!

The show in which I participated with IBBY Mexico in the Franz Mayer Museum during the 34 IBBY International Congress along with super talented Mexican illustrators will be shown again in Perisur, Mexico City from July 31 until August 16!

The money collected from the evening from the restaurant’s tab, open donations, and a raffle will be donated to the non-profit, volunteer-based organization, the Society of Ex-Budhanilkantha Students – North America (SEBS-NA). SEBS-NA is a Nepalese formed section 501(c)(3) charity organization that has already raised more than $200,000 toward their 2015 Earthquake Relief Fund.
