Exposición “Trazos que Cuentan, Colores que Narran”

La exposición en la que participé con IBBY Mexico en el Museo Franz Mayer  en el marco del 34 Congreso Internacional de IBBY junto con talentosísimos ilustradores mexicanos será exhibida en Perisur del 31 de julio al 16 agosto!

 

The show in which I participated with IBBY Mexico in the Franz Mayer Museum during the 34 IBBY International Congress along with super talented Mexican illustrators will be shown again in Perisur, Mexico City from July 31 until August 16!

Naine de Jardin – original artwork for sale at Spoke Art Gallery, SF

Thank you so much to everyone who came to the show “La Couleur de l’Etrangete” an art show tribute to the films of Jean-Pierre Jeunet & Marc Caro at Spoke Art , it was a fun night! Thanks so much to Spoke Art Gallery and Jessica for everything!

The show will be up until May 30 at Spoke Art Gallery, 816 Sutter St. San Francisco, CA.
There will also be a one-night-only screening of two classic Jeunet and Caro films, Amelie and the City of Lost Children, both shown in glorious 35mm at the Roxie Theater. You can check out more about this event here.

Animaginary Landscapes Artist Reception

Thank you so much to everyone who came to the show “Animaginary Landscapes” at Tr!ckster Gallery! It was a fantastic night!
Thanks so much to Tr!ckster and the awesome Anita for everything!

Most of the pieces for the show were created with pigment and acrylic on woods.
The pigments have been collected from all over the world. Each pigment was hand mixed specifically for this show.

This is the last weekend for the exhibition  Pop-Up Spicy Mexican Design in the General Consulate of Mexico in San Francisco!

Pop-Up Spicy Mexican Design Opening

Thank you very much to eveyone that came to the opening!!

Here are some pictures of the opening night and the pieces of the 7 Mexican designers who participated in this fresh exhibition: Alejandra Antón, Dora Izquierdo, Diana Otero, Alma Lozano, Bernardo Núñez, Paulina Suarez and myself.

 

 

There was a salsa bar, one chile for each of the designers.

The exhibit will be opened until the 3rd of March in the Gallery of the Mexican Consulate (532 Folsom Street, San Francisco).
It is open every day, the hours of visit are Mon-Fri 10:00 to 17:00 and Sat-Sun 10:00 to 14:00

Pop-Up Spicy Mexican Design

Have you ever imagined an exhibition about chili? Come visit Pop-Up Spicy Mexican Design, an exhibition with the works of 7 young mexican designers living in the Bay Area: Alejandra Antón, Dora Izquierdo, Diana Otero, Alma Lozano, Bernardo Núñez, Paulina Suarez and myself.

All of this designers will be showing different works all around the theme of the chile. Join us for this fresh and spicy exhibition from the 8th of February until the 3rd of March in the Gallery of the Mexican Consulate (532 Folsom Street, San Francisco).
The hours of visit are Mon-Fri 10:00 to 17:00 and Sat-Sun 10:00 to 14:00

The opening night will be this Thursday February 7th at 6:30 pm
